Frontside Streetboard Association, jeune association Bordelaise emmenée par Polux, lance son premier contest annuel.
Situé au skatepark des quais des Chartrons, en bord de Garonne et au coeur de Bordeaux, ce contest s’annonce dores et déjà énorme !
Un park incroyable !
Avec une superficie de 2 350 m2 sur 110 mètres de long, ce park est composée de 4 Zones.

Une zone complète avec des woops, un spine, des quarters et des plans inclinés, un énorme rail et en modules centraux nous trouvons un volcano, un table avec ledge et pour finir un big air !
Le Streetpark
Avec une grande variété de modules inspiré de l’architecture urbaine, cette zone offre une grande variété de possibilité.
La Zone Débutant
Une zone spécialement aménagé pour les enfants souhaitant découvrir les sports de glisse urbain.
A noter que le port des protections (Casque, Protège-poignets, Coudières et Génouillères) est obligatoire.

Le plus économique est un hotel Formule 1. Il se situe rive droite, dans une zone commerciale où les bus ne circulent à partir de 21h25. Au delà, il faut marcher 1km500 pour rejoindre l’hotel à partir de la station de tramway la plus proche.

Pour le matin, les bus passent toutes les 20/30mn pour rejoindre le tramway. La ligne de bus est la 6. L’arrêt le plus proche de l’hotel se nomme Mattéoti pour rejoindre Stalingrad, la station où passe le tramway.
Pour rejoindre le park : tramway ligne A direction merignac, descendre porte de bourgogne, prendre ligne C direction Terres Neuves et descendre à Quinconces. Prendre Ligne B direction Claveau ou Bassin à flots et descendre à Chartrons. Pour rejoindre le tramway à pied (1km500) : rejoindre le pont Saint Jean et le traverser. Prendre à droite pour trouver la station Sainte Croix.

Les tramways passent toutes les 15mn environ.
Le plus proche des endroits qui ferment tard dans la nuit est l’hotel IBIS.
Environ 70€ la nuit pour 2 personnes, il existe aussi des chambres pour 3 personnes (1lit double et 2 lits simples) pour 80€, le nombre de ces chambres étant limité, il est préférable de réserver à l’avance.

Frontside Streetboard Association, young Bordelaise association led by Polux, launches its first annual contest.
Located at the skatepark Chartrons docks, along the Garonne and in the heart of Bordeaux, this contest promises to be huge already !

With a size of 2 350 m2 on 110 meters long, this park consists of 4 zones.
Bowl
A double bowl with spine, with 2 walls including a curve, and a box
Park
An area complete with woops, a spine, and quarters of inclined planes, a huge rail modules and we find a central vulcano, a table with ledge and finally a big air !
Streetpark
With a variety of modules based on architecture, this area offers a wide variety of possibilities.
Beginner Zone
An area specially designed for children wishing to discover the urban sports.
Note that the wearing of protective devices (helmet, wrist guards, elbow and Kneepads) is required.

The cheapest hotel is Formule 1, it’s on the right banks in a trading area, where there’s no bus after 21:25. After this time you’ll have to walk 1,5Km to get to the nearest tramway station

in the morning there is a bus every 20 min to get to the tram station, tou need to take the bus N°6. The station name is Mattéotti direction Stalingrad to take the tramway.
After that take the A tram direction Merignac, switch train at porte de bourgogne for the C line direction Terre Neuves, then get out at Quinconces to take the B line direction Claveau or Bassin a Flots and leave the train at Chartrons (if you’ve made it, your GOOD)
There’s a tram every 15 minutes
The closest hotel from the town center is the hotel IBIS
